Replacing the original and dilapidated conservatory with a timber framed construction and cladded addition. Fully glazed doors opening up onto garden terrace maximising views of the River Medway valley.
 
Architectural service provided - re-working original concept design, gaining planning approval, technical design (incl coordination of the structural design), obtaining building regulations approval, undertaking the tender process, builder appointment, and site monitoring during construction.
