Herne Hill, London SE24
The project maximises the full use of what was a dark cramped lower ground floor of an existing Victorian terrace house. The proposals create an open plan Kitchen and Dining room with the addition of a side return extension. The completed project also provides a snug, utility room and wc/shower room. Fully glazed roof and timber framed doors enable daylight to penetrate into the centre of the floor plan and opening up onto newly created lower section of rear garden.

Architectural service provided - undertaking initial feasibility and concept design, gaining planning approval (within a Conservation Area), technical design (incl coordination of the structural design), obtaining building regulations approval and advisory role during tender process, builder appointment and construction.
